Rachel A. Noameshie, a nurse practitioner, founded The MPH Life otherwise known as Shalem Lifestyle to address the gap between medical care delivery, care oversight, and problem-solving. Rachel began her nursing career in 2008 in acute care and worked in various departments, including medical-surgical, telemetry, cardiac, renal, and case management. She pursued advanced degrees due to her passion for disease management and prevention.
The MPH Life was established to assist seniors, disabled adults, and their families with the challenges of aging, such as navigating chronic diseases and the healthcare system.
Many adults and seniors struggle with caregiving responsibilities or worry about their loved ones' safety in their current environment. Additionally, healthcare beneficiaries may have difficulty comprehending the complex range of healthcare services and benefits available to them.
